Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, all sales are final.

Each piece is crafted individually and may have slight variations in color, texture, and shape - these are not imperfections, but part of what makes handmade work special. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
